Shipping of Orders: Ireland including Northern Ireland

For customers requiring postage within Ireland and Northern Ireland, parcels will be sent via Fastway Courier Services. Delivery requires estimated approximate delivery of 1 - 3 working days at a cost of €6 per package. You can track the status of your parcel by entering the Fastway tracking number provided into http://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel.html. All deliveries are recorded. Shipping quote provided during check out stage of online transaction.

Shipping of Orders: UK

For customers requiring postage within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) parcels will be sent via Fastway Courier Services. Delivery requires an estimated approximate delivery of 3 - 5 working days at a cost of €15 per package. You can track the status of your parcel by entering the Fastway tracking number provided into http://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel.html. All deliveries are recorded. Shipping quote provided during check out stage of online transaction.

International Shipping of Orders: Europe, USA, Australia

For customers requiring postage to Europe, USA or Australia, parcels will be sent via Fastway Courier Services. Delivery requires an estimated approximate delivery of 3 – 10 working days at a cost of €25 per package for Europe & €50 per package for USA & Australia. You can track the status of your parcel by entering the Fastway tracking number provided into http://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel.html. All deliveries are recorded. Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately by emailing returns@aspirationsbridal.ie with your order number, customer name and address, order description and details why you wish to return your order complete with your request for either a refund or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition as received complete with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs associated with returning an item. The item will be fully inspected prior to issuing a refund or exchange and you will be notified. We offer 7 days for returns from the date you contact us.

Faulty / Damaged Items:

Should you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing returns@aspirationsbridal.ie with your order number, customer name and address, order description and details of the damages / faults. The item must be returned within 7 days of contacting us. Once inspected and fault / damage confirmed, we will contact you regarding a refund or exchange. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty / damaged item. Please note that should your item contain crystal stones or other detail / accessory, missing stones etc is not deemed as a faulty item.
